I have already shared my concerns with our supplier who is talking with Pipedrive developers. Something happened in the connection that makes the choice of custom fields difficult. Thanks for continuing to work on this integration! It would be fantastic if this integration could work more effectively!

Not great. Did not create the efficiency we were looking for. More of an issue on pipedrive.

This integration hasn't really been that helpful. I enter an estimate into quickbooks and then I have to manually enter that information into Pipedrive because it doesn't sync...until I finalize everything and complete the job to send an invoice.

I wish it would integrate without having to use SyncQ. Is that an option?

i always have to open QB twice. once for loggin in to it, then close it and open it again from Pipedrive to have the invoice show up. annoying.

I've yet to try the actual app but every time I try to sign up for a trial, the site crashes. When I try to let them know there's a problem, it puts me through an infinite loop in which I have to sign up for a subscription in order to let them know their site isn't working. Doesn't inspire much confidence.

The most confusing app I've seen in a long time. Not at all intuitive. Uploaded company logo to start with, test invoice had no logo, invoice couldn't be found in the backend, app uninstalled!

Getting Better

So far, very impressed. A true autopilot. This app syncs together changes from one to the other (half the work), but most impressive, connects your invoices, receipts, sales, and if you set it up, email and calls as well. I can't tell you how nice it is to have these documents autonomously filed under the correct person, and right in front of their contact record. Worth every penny. Thank you!

Multiple users cannot use this. If you are planning on having a team of people, don't waste your time. I just spent a month or so building up this process with the intention of our company using QuickBooks, and then I find out that ONLY ONE USER CAN USE IT!!! This is so dumb, it's shocking.

Not good. I need it to attach invoices for my SOLD to. When we create a Deal we use the SOURCE we are getting the product from to identify Organization. How do we link the Sold with QB? Our previus system, Copper, offered that integration.

I don't understand it and need help please. I am almost about to switch to HoneyBook just so I can have accounting in 1 place. Can you please support me? The totals don't make sense between QBO and pipedrive and the products is weird. I can only put in a price if I already have a product but the product changes so it's either a process or doesn't work.

Had many issues and when contacting QB support took over a month to get resolved. Looking for another accounting software option at the moment

Unable to integrate as I have the self-employed subscription which doesn't work. A shame as one man-band it's important to have slick processes to make the most of my time working.

So far 3 starts, had some problems linking products and the transfer / sync of data from Pipedrive to QuickBooks. We have only just started using the integration so hopefully this rating will move up once we are up to speed with everything.

Does not support multiple currencies. Creates the customer in the main currency of QBO and 99% of our customers use another currency. I'd gladly pay a subscription if it was working!

Hi, It's a good integration. I think it's very simple and easy to set up and use, definitely would recommend it. Suggestion: Add a button to go directly from the integration to Quickbooks :).

Person's Address in Pipedrive doesn't transfer to Quickbooks. Shame only one user in Pipedrive can have access to this.

The products and description fields between the 2 platforms don't match up in my experience. I like that it links the invoice number but everything else has to be recreated in QB.

I have to login every time. It often "forgets" the connection. It disables the default settings to use credit card when I create an invoice. It should be much more seamless and convenient than it is.

No utility to this at all. Can only be installed by one user. Doesn't automatically link. Essentially pointless.

ONE star because ZERO is NOT an option! Pipedrive should validate the capability of its promoted integrated apps. Users go to the effort of installing to find out they are either substandard or don't work. It's beyond frustrating. Pipedrive/Quickbooks does NOT provide the capability to 'Pull invoices from Quickbooks into Pipedrive' as outlined on your site. This is basic stuff!

It would be interesting to be able to support line breaks in product descriptions when the invoice is generated from Pipedrive and the ability to generate and send invoices automatically.

Tried it again in Feb 2023, still few basic things lacking. It only allows one user in the organisation to connet with QB. Ideally more than one person need access to PD data to generate invoices from QB.

Worts APP ever, it is simply put a GARBAGE. When you click on Invoice Button, you will get the pop-out window of your new invoice which should be sync with QB and PD. LoL well, it is not. As you know QB automatically generates the next invoice number, not with this app, the invoice window is empty, and it is for you to figure out what invoice number you want. Let's go over the items, those are the items that you use when you create the invoice at QB, this app does not pull those items, it does but only partial not the full list. So that means if you out of luck and your item is not listed then you can create a new one (why would you do that, when you just install the app that supposed to sync with QB, right?) The address needs to type in manually as well.

Als Pipedrive Premier Partner in der Schweiz haben wir versucht QuickBooks zu installieren. Dabei haben wir festgestellt, dass man mit QuickBooks gleich ein Buchhaltungsprogramm einkauft. Das war nicht was wir wollten. Wir wollten Offerten und Rechnungen im Pipedrive drucken. Wir haben dann Zapier für den Datenexport von Pipedrive in das ERP verwendet und aus dem ERP die Offerten und Rechnungen gedruckt. Das funktioniert gut. Ich hoffe, dass Pipedrive in Zukunft die Funktion Offerte und Rechnung drucken implementiert.

L’intégration quickbooks est très décevante voir non fonctionnelle : - Aucune synchronisation des contacts et des produits - les taux de TVA proposées dans pipedrive ne sont pas au standard français - les facture ne sont pas crées en brouillon dans quicksbook (obligé de créer un avoir) - sans parler des bugs récurrents .... PIPEDRIVE ne m’avait pas habitué à ca !

Useless integration. Everything is supposed to work "magically" behind the scenes. In reality, you can not adapt it to your business process. It is not a QuickBooks problem. It is a problem of Pipedrive view towards Invoicing feature. They should allow configuring A LOT of stuff for this to happen automatically and correctly. Also, I do not understand why they are trying to integrate with accounting software instead of payments software. I.e. integration with Stripe would be much more beneficial. Moreover, Stripe also supports invoicing.

The app is useless in comparison to what we have been using before. The most regretting part is that it's so simple for QuickBooks to fix it. At least do the ability to sync products. Features like being able to send invoice from Quickbooks does not exist, you can only save in draft. Also no ability to sync contacts with Quickbooks. Bottom line useless at this point.
