This app works well, and offers a very good integration with Pipedrive. Phone calls are logged against the contact in the system as well as texts.
SMS from our desk phone DID: SMS is frequently a more effective way to communicate with our clients, and that communication is logged against the client as well. Theres more but I'm out of space.
One star off because the cell phone app is klugy.

I would really like to see SMS/MMS texting readable and associated with a given contact and/or using the provided dialing/SMS icons that are already a part of the Pipedrive contact.

It's working quite well so far.
Tech support for Simplii is all US based and quite responsive, so if we need to make adjustments on the fly, with an appointment, they can usually get things done.
I'm using call logging and SMS from Pipedrive. I have NOT used call recording yet.
