The App itself is ok. The technical support is next to useless. After nearly two weeks of just not responding or them telling me it wasn't their issue. I got Pipedrive themselves to help(the team at Pipedrive were fantastic) Xtraflow you could learn a thing or two from the Pipedrive team. The Pipedrive tech team were able to show the App constantly looping through products. For some reason this meant I could not even get to the the settings page in Xtraflow. So I was able to go back and purge all the products and reset. This got things working again. So obviously some average code in the back end coupled by hopeless customer support and problem solving capability at the front. Great combo. A one star from me.

This app has been a game-changer for our estimating team, solving a major challenge we had with Pipedrive. The default pricing options didn’t allow us to hide line items, which led us to explore alternatives. When we found this app, the feature we needed wasn’t available initially, but after reaching out to the Extraflow team, they let us know it was coming in a future update. They even pushed the update early forus to test, and it’s been working flawlessly since. The app is incredibly user-friendly, and we highly recommend it to anyone facing similar challenges.
