Its great! one of the reasons I got Pipedrive is because it works well with calendly.

I really like that I can see the events in the sidebar, and that I can see past events, but it's always hidden, then I am taken to the 3rd party site (ulgebra?) to approve some notifications, then I can see it after like 3-4 clicks. It seems more complicated than is needed. But I really like calendly so I can send text reminders and ask questions.

I am enjoying using Pipedrive Scheduler. It seems to work very well for my business and I have incorporated the link into my website so clients have easy scheduling abilities. I also send the link via text, which helps clients easily schedule to my calendar.

This is an excellent plugin. Works like a charm and A LOT greater value for money in comparison to their competition, Outfunnel. I am giving you 5 stars because I want to help you get more customers so that you can invest to improve the UX. It would be great if instead of setting up the plugin from within a contact, we could do so from the main menu, but I guess Pipedrive didn't allow you to do that. Also, the way in which I found this plugin was by searching for "Sync Calendly and Pipedrive" but the first result is not this plugin but another one you developed which I believe is older. This really confused me a lot, as I was following the instructions for this old plugin instead. You should discontinue that plugin and deindex it from Google. Also, I miss a feature to sync all or some past Calendly events to Pipedrive too. I really need to do so, and messaged you about it, waiting for a reply.

to book appointments it used to be a lot more user-friendly. now the button is somewhat hidden

Trying to add this integration but the steps on pipedrive and not the same as in your tutorial video so unsure what to do next. It shows that the integration button for Calendly is there but when I click it, it gives me an error and when I try to get pipedrive support, they say to contact you the developer.

The Calendly Events app works very well for our org. An added bonus is the ability to book client meetings right from a specific org in Pipedrive however, I am having some issues with the feature. I have not yet determined whether the issue is user or app related

Its okay, but sometimes the connections seems not be 100% working. However I have an open ticket at the support and I hope I will receive some feedback any time soon.

UI/UX could be a lot cleaner

I like it, its a massive pain in the ass to get set up correctly but once it is gets the job done. It is also unfortunate that when a consumer creates a calendly event using my general link it doesnt associate with the specific deal already in play so i then have to tag it from the tasks to the deal. Not a major issue just a quality of life thing.

So far this app is working flawlessly. It might need some UX redesign to be more friendly and intuitive, also there are some unclear issues, but the support team is very responsive and caring, so I guess it's just a matter of time until an update will be published.

This extension took over all my pain from connecting Calendly to Pipedrive. So now it is all connected and very easy to use! And they have the best technical support ever!

Reviewing after 4 months of usage, from my experience so far, sure I would recommend it for all Pipedrive-Calendly users.

The Calendar schedules the client at the right time but the notes show up 1 hour off in Pipedrive notes. I have made sure my settings are correct with both Pipedrive and Calendly and I can't seem to fix the issue. Everything else is great!

It creates activities in Pipedrive that link the contact so they get an extra notification aside from the Calendly notification. If you mark the Pipedrive activity done or delete it, they get a notification that it was canceled. The event already gets added to the calendar from Calendly, we don't need the Pipedrive activity too, please get rid of that.

It doesn't work seamlessly. Or If it does - I can't see how.

Very difficult to manage other users as there is no team API management, only an individual login which is super annoying with very poor UI

I setup a single user and connected 6 calendars from Calendly very quickly. Does all it says it can do. Not complaints here, as it will save time having the calendar appointments in view while working on a deal, instead of looking up deal fields for the contact and scheduling information. From my experience so far, sure I would recommend it for Pipedrive/Calendly users. Very cost effective in comparison to alternative automations. Thanks

It works pretty well and allows me and the team to access the information added by the lead on Calendly directly in the deal+ track number of demos per team member.

I actually like the Calendly integration at Pipedrive because I can instantly see all past appointments in the left side. Great idea and well implemented. Unfortunately, the created appointment through the integration makes me more work and I have to edit and correct the individual appointments again. So the integration of you unfortunately dissolves the added value and I hope this problem can be fixed soon. After the support call about 2 weeks ago, unfortunately nothing has happened. Most of all I would like to be able to determine how the title of the activity is named and what information ends up in the note. Also, in Calendly you have to uncheck the option: add to calendar, otherwise duplicate events will be created in Pipedrive. If you then delete one of the events, the appointment is automatically canceled, which is absolutely not the point. Moving appointments is a disaster in my opinion. When you move the appointment, it creates 2 more appointments in addition to the original appointment. This spams the calendar full and you don't know later which one is the right one. I hope you get the problems solved. Until then I will distill the integration, because it is more work than fun.

We want to like this app but have been struggling with its integration. Setup instructions and account prerequisites are not well explained, but we did manage to get connected after a couple days of frustration. Now, after trying to setup user #2, we ran into the same issue with no data being displayed. We tried resetting the account on Ulgebra's website, it did give us a message that Integration is enabled, but still no data within Pipedrive. So now, neither user #1 or user #2 can access Calendly via Pipedrive. Hoping Ulgebra support will contact us with a resolution soon. UPDATE: I contacted support and scheduled a time to troubleshoot. They were very nice and was able to resolve an issue for 1 user in less than 15 minutes. We are still working on an issue that seems to be related to 2 users sharing the same PC that may be causing a conflict. I will update as we make more progress.

I had problems with this app. I have an error message, or the event never shows in the opportunity—terrible app. I like calendly, but it doesn't work, sadly.
