It is very good, but when you create a Deal, it does not set the Organization name in the Deal. It only creates the Organization, and then you have to manually link the organization inside the Deal.

An ability to link on the mobile device (ios) would be great. Sometimes it seems a bit slow in search, but overall works well and quickly enough. My main goal is to get the chat into pipedrive while only sometimes using data from pipe as a reference in the actual chat.

Works great! And it is now possible to directly add deals from the LiveChat app and add the transcript to the deal.

The chat client is fine, it has some nice features like archives and tickets. However, it has two big weaknesses. It's horribly slow to load on the web site, and worse, it creates notes in PipeDrive under the Person which can't be moved to a deal. Even if there IS a deal, it displays it but you still can't add chat transcripts to it. Even with only 5 chats a day, this is a major workflow killer.
