Automating PDF creation has never been easier with PDF Generator!
With PDF Generator, you can generate PDFs from custom templates. PDF data will be automatically populated using your Pipedrive fields! With support for both default and custom fields, you’ll never have to manually enter data into your PDFs again!
We offer several flexible plans. Simply choose the number of documents per month that works best for you. Customize your plan to fit your individual needs, or share your plan for company-wide document generation. All plans come with unlimited templates!

How it works:
From your PDF Generator portal, you'll have the option to create PDF templates. Simply upload a blank PDF, name the template, and add your fields in our easy-to-use editor. Each field can automatically draw from Pipedrive fields, saving time in filling out your info. You can even customize the appearance of your fields, including font, color, spacing, and more!
From within Pipedrive, simply click on a deal, and you'll see a list of your templates within the PDF Generator app panel. Select the template you want to generate, click "Fill", input or modify any information, and click "Generate". That's it! You'll receive a fully-generated PDF document ready for use!

PDF Generator is a brilliantly useful app for any business that needs to complete, on behalf of customers, government or other PDF forms that are then sent for signing. We're an accounting firm and have to send many forms to clients each week. It has been a laborious and painful process until now.
PDF Generator saves so much time because into a PDF template it instantly inserts data from the selected Pipedrive Deal or Project. Our staff used to manually type data into PDF forms using PDF editor apps. That's an archaic, super-slow and error-prone way of doing it compared with using PDF Generator.
The PDFs it produces are perfectly formatted forms with the entered data aligned with the various input boxes.
The developers provide fantastic support and have been super-responsive to my feedback. I highly recommend this Pipedrive addon app.
