After having tested other solutions i.e. Apollo, and running the exact same campaigns on both at the same time. The openrates and response rates where much higher with Outplay than with any other tool. I basically got more opportunities through Outplay then through any other tool. Justifying Outplay higher subscription pricing.

We've mainly used the email sequence features and have been very happy with it. In particular, the ability to do A/B testing on messages has helped us improve our open, click and response rates.

Does what it says on the box. Plus their customer support and engineering are very good -- when I had a small sync problem, their folks were on it and had it resolved by the next day.

It would be helpful if you could add contacts to a sequence from a Pipedrive Leads report, too.

I like that the outplay section shows up in pipedrive but I wish it auto synced deals and leads with contacts. Also, I wish I could access the calling, texting and messaging feature for outplay within the pipedrive platform.

The UX of the tool is one of the cleanest I've ever used and really optimized for productivity. When it comes to automation, there are multiple custom fields that you can add and make your emails look really custom, and also the parameters and criteria you can set up are really well-thought.

Outplay just works, period! It's easy to integrate and customize and provides better overall value than any similarly positioned tool I've seen. We've set dozens of clients up on it and received nothing but positive feedback and outcomes. Their customer service is second to none. We were looking for an effective way to organize our sales engagement and (lead) follow-ups. We wanted to create and run pre-defined outreach sequences in an orderly way across the team. Unfortunately, Pipedrive does not provide any tools out-of-the-box for sales outreach aka outbound sales. We investigated a few email marketing tools but needed multi-channel capabilities. We knew about Outreach and Salesloft but those tools are too expensive and do not integrate with Pipedrive, so off the table. We demoed Outplay and it was what we were looking for. It has streamlined our sales outreach ever since. The support team and especially Luv are great in helping us getting setup and are available pretty much 24/7 (I am not sure how they are doing this and do not know if that is healthy either :) We can recommend Outplay for any Pipedrive users aiming to streamline their outbound activities.

I formerly used Outreach as an employee at my last two startups in San Francisco. I left to start my own business and wanted to make sure I had amazing technology without breaking the bank. I first found PipeDrive and fell in love with how easy it was to use - I could easily get it running and focus on growing my business without the complexities and investment of Salesforce. My next step was to find a sequencing software and Outreach didn't have an integration with PipeDrive. I did some research in the PipeDrive marketplace and discovered Outplay which was an absolute lifesaver. Their system is very similar to Outreach but at a fraction of the cost. Their team helped us quickly get everything set up and was very patient in working with my business partner who has never used technology like this before. Their customer service rep Luv is always responsive and helpful with tips and clearing a rare case of confusion for us. I would highly recommend using this system!

Outplay has certainly had some growing pains, but I've been thoroughly impressed with their customer service, continual improvement culture, and responsiveness/genuine desire to understand user pains. The main reason we switched is because of their industry-leading integration with Pipedrive, which has been easy for us to manage. From the top-down, they're a customer-centric company that I'm happy to see doing so well.

Outplay is a great platform to use and it's UI is one of the best I have seen in the industry. I moved to Outplay from a different platform and Outplay has made me and my SDR's Life easy with how easily they can prioritize and execute their tasks just by a flick of their wrist. What makes Outplay really awesome is the Customer Support they have so quick to respond and always helping the team whenever they have any questions. Their Tech guys are always ready to listen to feature requests and then they build them in next to no time which means Customer Feedback is very valuable to these guys. I asked them if they can get me a 10/10 on spam test and in no time I could see the score was 10/10. Pipedrive integration is easy to set up and use. The data syncing is accurate and you can see the activity that is being synced between Outplay and Pipedrive. Outplay is an awesome tool and I would recommend sales teams to use it to help streamline their sales process.

I've worked for several companies in the sales engagement space and know it well. Outplay is almost identical to industry leaders in the space. Pipedrive integration is smooth and easy to setup. What stood out most though is how prompt and helpful the customer service is. Most companies point you to bots, faq's, and automated support tickets. Outplay has handled every one of my requests personally over chat or calls, usually within minutes.

I almost didn't leave a review for this app because it's my team's secret weapon as a sales tool. We can follow-up on autopilot with our prospect and make sure we connect. The new enhanced deep integration with Pipedrive makes keeping our leads and prospects so up-to-date that we don't have to worry if the information is accurately synced in both places. We dreaded that with other CRM add-ons but not with Outplay. I hope nobody reads this because this is going to continue making my agency so much money but the team at Outplay deserves their props. Keep up the good work Outplay!

With all the different tools out there, I'm happy to say Outplay has been the best tool so far due to customer service. While all of the tools do the relatively similar thing (though the UI and integrations of Outplay are awesome), the best part is the around the clock, human support you get with Outplay. With other tools (think similar name, really expensive) you barely get a live person to ever help because they are so slammed with complaints. Outplay offers a great customer experience, with employees (and a CEO) who take advice directly from users over zoom calls and give ideas regarding how to improve my workflow on the platform. Could not recommend it enough.

Outplay is a great tool for sales automation & sequencing. It is easy to implement, and the team has been open to my feedback as I am an ex power user of Outreach & Salesloft which for obvious reasons isn't a fit when using Pipedrive as my CRM during these start up days. The tool is highly configurable, and offers a lot of the functionality I want & need when looking at scalable solutions for outbound sales efforts. The Customer Success is also top notch. I stress tested against other solutions out there and I'd highly recommend Outplay.

Having used a combination of various engagement tools & CRMs, this is by far the most seamless integrations I have come across. The trigger feature makes it very customisable and the user interface is up there with the likes of Outreach & Salesloft. A very powerful tool with a great customer service team that is always on hand and each member has specialised knowledge in each area which is usually rare to find.

The Outplay and Pipedrive integration is all you really need to manage all of your outreach efforts! Outplay alone is an amazing tool that has one of the smoothest and most straight forward user interfaces that I have seen. When you are managing outreach with multiple campaigns to hundreds and thousands of people you need a solid solution and the Outplay + Pipedrive integration allows you to effectively manage everything and keep things aligned in an organized fashion. Outplay it's the perfect complement to Pipedrive, specially if you're looking for Follow up email sequences and VOIP Phone capabilities, among other features, such as meeting booking, website tracking of your prospects and automation rules to trigger sequences (even from Pipedrive!) You can also easily combine social media follow-up within the scheduled tasks to speed up your process on the other platforms. The two way sync with Pipedrive is also a big PLUS! Outplay shares some of the big features of Outreach.io or Reply.io, for a fraction of the cost, their customer support is awesome so I would totally recommend them

Great support team, answers quickly and they legitimately know what they're doing when they answer questions. Also quick to implement things which is a big bonus! The software works well, it's a bit tricky to understand all the features at first but once you understand it, there's a TON of possibilities Highly recommended.

Outplay does so many things right I honestly don't know where to start. Of course, the most important thing is a team that is actively improving and supporting their product. Outplay checks all the boxes there. The UI is extremely clean, and it makes setting up sequences and automations 10x easier and more effective than in Pipedrive. While Pipedrive has it's own automation features, it can't compete with Outplay- you can build sequences based on triggers that happen in Pipedrive, NATIVELY! It's easy to get carried away with automation where you can lose that personal touch. Alternatively, you can lose money putting top tier salespeople on followup activities. Outplay helps us acheive the best of both worlds. Plus, we can keep data / processes siloed while still keeping everyone on the same page

Would I recommend Outplay? ABSOLUTELY! We evaluated and even bought other tools before going to Outplay and nothing really compares. The only other tool that had more functionality had major integration issues and would have required at least a part-time associate to set up and monitor the integration. If you have Pipedrive and are in sales, you should be using this tool. Automation: This tool is super easy to use and really helps our team automate emails in sequences. Exactly what we needed. It's also been incredibly helpful to see who is opening and clicking on emails to really target warmer prospects. Phone: Phone calls are built-in via Twilio and have great sound quality. LinkedIn: Something truly unique is that it also allows you to track LinkedIn inMails, connection requests, and views quickly. Reporting/Organizing: Reporting is a newer feature but it already has saved us a ton of time and we absolutely love it. We use it at every sales and BDR meeting. We really found that Pipedrive is great at monitoring deals but not necessarily prospects. Outplay is really helping us to report through activity dashboards as well as stats through each sequence. The A/B testing has also allowed us to narrow in on which messaging is working and what isn't. Integration: On the admin side, it is easy to set up and add teammates. It also pulls all activities and notes into PD. The customer support team is there to help you integrate thoroughly. Customer Support: They have really great help articles, but if that fails, customer service is always quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Even after adding a ton of new features and reporting, there was only one bug. That bug was acknowledged and fixed incredibly quickly. (A rarity in startup software releases). Their roadmap is also inspired directly from their customers and we really feel like partners. Cost: Affordable even for a startup and a lot more functionality than similarily priced tools

Great outreach /sequence tool. Connects well to Pipedrive. Does everything I need it to do!

We wanted a seperate sales outreach from our CRM, so as not to pollute our active sales data. Outplay had an interesting proposition to achieve this, but has been even better than we expected and is one of the best integrations with Pipedrive I've seen. It's truly bi-directional and helps put people into Outplay sequences directly from within Pipedrive, so you can push prospects that are not yet ready, back to the outreach team. When leads come back, or new leads arrive, almost all the detailed activities sync back to Pipedrive's people record (including emails, calls, notes, etc). Another really nice feature; it syncs Organisations too. As a result, we can push good-fit Accounts out to the outreach team, have them nurture and prospect, then when traction occurs, pass all the info back into Pipedrive for our Sales team. Calls in Outplay are done utilising Twilio, so are good quality and can be set to record as well as logged. But as yet, the logs are synced back to Pipedrive, but not the link to the recordings. This would close the loop for us, and hopefully we can get this on the roadmap. Why did I write this review? I have had huge issues trying to get data syncing to/from Pipedrive, especially with Google Contacts. I've had issues with the Pipedrive inbuilt sync, which still doesn't work after a year and many discussions with their support team. And my experience with third-party sync tools (like Piesync, which I typically find excellent), is they don't sync Account/Organisation info unless it is already created in Pipedrive, resulting in data gaps in my CRM. So, I was impressed with the work done by the team who created Outplay and wanted to shout out for a job well done. ????

Started using the extension a couple of weeks back, as we are power-users of both Outplay and Pipedrive, and it saves a ton of time, especially with importing contacts and companies to Outplay. Also, the fact that you can track opens, bounces etc in Pipedrive makes it super useful. The Outplay team was really helpful when we run into minor problems with setting up specific automations! The only feature we would love to see is the ability to create a deal in Pipedrive, as soon as you get a response from an Outplay campaign
