There needs to be reporting on the dispositions that are set. It is hard to manage the reps call numbers when you cant pull a report on Not interested, Call Back, Hung Up, etc

Pretty great for calling - RingLocal is superb. Leaves a good bit to be desired on SMS messaging (MMS not supported): cannot format with line breaks, so all messages are just a wall of text on the receiving end; text message field (where you type the message) cannot be enlarged to see more than one line at a time – very frustrating, especially when typing longer messages.

I recently switched over from another online phone system and I'm so glad that I did. RING.IO has much better functionality with a great clean and easy to navigate menu. The tech support so far has been very fast and friendly. I don't have to upgrade to a higher option to use the power dialer. It also integrates with my CRM, PipeDrive, very well and makes it super easy to use inside of it . The web phone itself is very clear and crisp, no issues at all connecting and speaking to clients. I've been using ring.io for about a month now and the set up with pipedrive is seamless. Seva in sales was helpful in showing me all the features and Stan made sure I had no technical difficulties. As a high volume marketing and sales rep this tool is invaluable for saving time and quickly logging notes. The power dialer feature allows me to maximize efficiency when doing cold outreach. Number one feature for me though is the voicemail drops. Makes cold outreach an absolute dream!

I have been using ring.io now for about 3 weeks and I love it. I would like to be able to relabel the types of phone numbers when you use the edit button. Such as Assistant or Operator. Also to differentiate between direct dial or main number. It would really help. Also instead of Reports to button - for me a small note section that would stay there. For those of us that are in business developement - we need to let ourselves know things like asst answers their line...or don't call till 2023.

Ring.io is simple to use and works very well with Pipedrive. I am able to change my dialing goals each day and it keeps track of everything for me. My favorite features are that I can just tap the phone number on Pipedrive and ring.io automatically calls the person without any unnecessary steps. I also like that it records the conversations and the number of dials into Pipedrive as well. Another great tool is the ability to communicate through text on Ring.io.
I definitely recommend this app for sales representatives.

One of the most tightly integrated dialers for Pipedrive I've seen. You can customize a lot of it, but it all works out of the box without having to customize, just like Pipedrive. I like that I can call out of Deals, how my notes and call recordings appear in the timeline, and how I can map my important fields in the Power Dialer. That you can autoprogress in between calls and voicemail drop.
I'd recommend Ring.io to any team of sales reps that have calling needs that go beyond simple click to call.
