The Aircall app is not ready for organizational adoption. It works great for single users, but we could not get the integration to properly record lead/deal contacts by rep. The integration required elevating each user to admin level privileges and having them configure their own installation, which is a security/financial risk and requires substantial support to install and does not properly control for standardization across a team.

Aircall has everything I need as a standalone calling platform and the integration works fine for a single admin user, but the specific Pipedrive/Aircall integration is not ready for organizational users. Getting the integration fully setup so that calls are correctly recorded and attributed requires granting admin privileges to each user and having them complete installation and authorization of the integration one at a time. Poorly controlled admin privileges are a risk (despite being able to demote after installation) and non-technical, part-time staff have not been able to navigate setup independently.

Terrible. We moved to another provider due to poor experience. The customer service we received was probably the worst we've experienced, it took a week to hear anything about an enquiry, our new service provider responds within 10 mins when there's an issue.

The Aircall V2 App works seamlessly and set-up is extremely easy. Our Sales Teams is happy with it's functionalities and hopes more will be added in the future. Highly recommend installing this if you want your Sales team to focus even more on selling your product.
