We constantly had to make tweaks and changes...with Outfunnel, the integration we now have between Pipedrive and Brevo has been so much easier...and much more robust. As a bonus, we can now setup a better lead scoring strategy and have the option of integrating other services liked LinkedIn and Calendy. Outfunnel should be labelled 'Output'. My sales team meets daily and when presenting Outfunnel's email campaign metrics, I look like a rock star. Outfunnel's campaign results are automatically output into the Pipedrive CRM. I tabulate zero data because it's already done. The focus of any campaign is to create value and Outfunnel sorts through web tracking information to identify Hot Leads and then reports them as such including the Contact's info. Lastly, it should be said that Outfunnel's support staff is crazy-good. I was a total Newbie earlier this year and their support team guided me along a very quick learning curve. I would first suggest first reading their Knowledge-base for getting started and never hesitate to Chat-it-up with Outfunnel's support team.

I've had problems with Pipedrive's Campaign add-on for months and finally decided to switch to a 3rd party email marketing software, problem was we're used to having a complete integration so I wanted something to fill in the gaps. Outfunnel is the perfect solution for that.
Outfunnnel is probably the easiest and most affordable integration for Pipedrive and any 3rd-party email marketing software available. It's far less expensive than API builders like Zapier/Tray/Automate/etc. and makes configuration super simple. We were set up to transfer our info to SendinBlue within 30 minutes and haven't had to tweak anything since.
Their support team is very responsive and Markus the founder was really generous with his time when onboarding us.

Simple to use, clean integration with PD, easy to create sequences (drip campaigns) and single campaigns, especially because PD doesn't allow to send more than 100 emails to the group of people based on filter. Tracking is great, and reporting back into each person's profile on tracking of opens, clicks, and sends is great. Also great that they have the widget on main profile of the contact showing what the last campaign was and stats for that person from all the campaigns so far (clicks, opens etc). Ability to integrate fields from PD to be able to customize emails with custom field data is great.
More editing features would be nice, albeit it's meant to be a simple tool.
And A/B testing would be great too as a feature (testing 2 separate formats of the email or data it would contain within the same campaign).
The feature to manage subscription preferences would be great, where people can unsubscribe and even subscribe to campaigns we make available to them (or unsubscribe from specific campaigns, but not all).

I have started to use Outfunnel to make Pipedrive and Mailchimp synchronizations first, but switched to Outfunnel as a mailing tool very soon. It's very easy to use and setup mailing campaigns, personalization is very simple, the synchronization process is outstanding. We've discovered that the response rate is higher with Outfunnel than we had with other mailing tools. The only thing I'd love to have in Pipedrive is an automatic list of all received newsletters within a person's (client's or prospect's) profile. We need it for filtering the persons who did not receive a specific newsletter. Otherwise, as a mailing tool, Outfunnel is really handfull and user-friendly.

(1) Best app I have used for syncing contacts and data between PipeDrive and MailChimp. Simple to use and does exactly what you need.
(2) Excellent team. I contacted the company and asked if they could program the ability to change a custom field when a user unsubscribes from a mailing list (before it just attached a note) and they DID! I was able to get rid of all my Zaps and now Outfunnel works seamlessly with the multiple workflow automations I have with PipeDrive.

Outfunnel does a great job integrating on the Pipedrive side. Other two-way sync's integrate more with MailChimp, but this one thinks like Pipedrive. It creates activities for Newsletters opened, clicked and sent which you can customize. And my favorite is that it will start a new deal for a call to action click in my newsletter.
