The application works, but to config workflow builder / webhook and etc the support is terrible. The configuration over the base line what is just to see and integrated msg is difficult and support doesnt provide help enought to set it up by yourself. Eu não sou um leigo de TI, costumo fazer as próprias configurações dos meus sistemas e nunca tive problemas. Por isso resolvi relatar por aqui, para ficar arquivado. Caso precise do básico... o aplicativado é ótimo. Se precisar de algo a mais, se prepare para passar nervoso porque nínguem vai te ajudar devidamente.

Subscribed for an account after a trial, on the then assumption Timelines would work for me. I then chose not to resubscribe for the next month of service. Then constant harassment from Timelines customer support managers despite my repeatedly informing them that I was taking a hiatus to confirm I wanted to continue the service. I took the time to test other more compatible platforms. Then today cancelled my subscription via their website and they then immediately tried to charge my account for a months subscription. Really disappointing service and behaviour all round. Glad I left!!
