Using it for the last 2 years. The biggest issue is the app on smartphones. Every time there is a new message, you need to kill the app on an iPhone and reopen it to read the message. The message won't come by itself. This issue is not fixed for the last 2 years. Imagine texting with a client who is sending you 30 messages. means you have to kill the app 30 times to see what they wrote.

Easy to setup. Shows you exchanged SMSs right in the profile and deal pages. It would be superhelpful to see this in the leads panel too (big miss).
A few extra properties that would be useful to see:
- number of exchanged SMS (per deal , per profile)
- date of last exchanged SMS

Update. If you don't have the correct opt-in info on your forms on your site you will get denied. I made the mistake of missing that and got denied and then I fixed and reapplied and within a day or so I got approved. Will update once I start using this system.

We use it about two years and it works fine but there are many things that I wish were better. The number one thing I hate is that every time I send a message via slack integration I receive an error message and it cant be fixed for all this time.

So far it's been great to be able to look at past notes and see everything in Pipdrive so that I easily can tell when I spoke to them last or contacted them last. It would be great if everyone on the deal could access and view/review texts I send. It seems like right now only I can see my text communications from me...only.

Sakari is a great all in one SMS service which is well integrated with pipedrive. However unfortunately, it doesn't leave notes of sent and recieved SMS in the pipedrive deal fields - Only the person fields. This is a major draw back and ultimately meant we could not use it.

When there is an incorrect number in Pipedrive, there is no way to update the number so that Sakari can send to the correct number. Once the number, correct or incorrect, is in Pipedrive, Sakari can't see any update, making the integration useless. This is my only problem with Sakari. Overall, works great and is easy to use.
