We’re experiencing many of the same issues mentioned by other reviewers. The biggest problem is reliability. We regularly have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get RingCentral to properly log calls again. This happens two to three times per week, creating unnecessary friction and disrupting our workflow.
We’re also having trouble getting text messages to log. Despite spending time trying to troubleshoot the issue, we still haven’t found a reliable solution.
When the system works, it’s useful, but these recurring issues make it difficult to depend on for day-to-day business operations.

Having issues where I have to re-install the app to get it to log calls. It will work fine and then randomly stop working. If I log out of the app and try to log back in it forces me to try and connect the app again which results in Pipedrive trying to make me download the app again, but I can't because it is already downloaded so I get stuck in this loop, hunt down the app, un-install it, then re-install it, log back in, and then get it to work for a while before it all happens again. Looks like it was all working earlier this year and now there is an issue with it again.

The RingCentral-PipeDrive App integration is basic, at best, and must be reinstalled regularly to function properly. It is one step better than manually adding notes to PipeDrive, and sometimes even more time-consuming. This app requires a significant upgrade to become a fully integrated solution for RingCentral and Pipedrive.

The connect was easy enough to install, but you will find small issues like the notes from a call to a number shared by multiple contacts will not necessarily be placed under the name of the person you click dialed. I am guessing the use of a browser level integration rather than a more native one makes the tether between RC and Pipedrive a bit more remote than one would like. But you make do and endure bits of extra work along the way.

Never stays authorized more than a few days and is very buggy when trying to re-authorize. Everything shows installed and authorized, but the extension keeps saying I need to authorize. I literally have to uninstall and login out / unauthorized everything and start again. Sometimes I have to do this 2-3 times before it works. Waste of time. The old integration was so much better.

So far I am not finding how it can automatically be set to dial when you tap the number, similar to the old integrated PipeDrive dialer. Thus far, it doesn't work much differently than the Chrome add on for Ring Central.
