Not a good experience, do not log any of my SMS messages, have to copy manually. Calling features - but logging calls, VM and SMS vs manual would be great. Otherwise, this integration is lacking

Overall good. Few points that need fixing: some numbers don't dial and when sending SMS - sometimes it blocks and and I have to re-start the app.

Freezes up, closes out all the time. Doesn't always connect with the PipeDrive integration we use for our CRM. I'd recommend a different phone platform if it was my choice.

Kixie is the worst app i have used for calling. It is constantly switch audio inputs and outputs. It sends texts to the wrong contacts. its doesn't display updated out going and incoming call records.

Not a bad product but the integration constantly breaks and Kixie seems to just put it on the back burner so you generally have a mainly stand alone dialer. They seem to not really take this integration seriously. At this point I really dont think pipedrive has a quality phone product that integrates with it and because of that I would actually look for a different CRM if having a stable dialer is an important factor for you.

Very easy switch and great customer service so far. Miles ahead of our old provider and Lightyears ahead of Ring Central, who is literally holding our numbers for ransom. Kixie is full of honest people who are dedicated to working hard and being efficient while doing so. Best company decision we could have made!

Their support team could use a lot of work. When the integration is not performing and my team asks for assistance, they are not able to help because they expect people that do not work for their company to know all about their integration instead of being able to explain things in simpler terms. Other than that, kixie is very useful.

At first I was disappointed with the service. They sent me an email asking for a survey. So naturally I gave them a bad review. After about 2 hours of leaving my review, they gave me a phone call and helped me with all my issues. This is a level of service I have never seen before.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, having created dozens of inside sales teams, I can say that Kixie with Pipedrive for the small to midsize company is far superior to any other option. Kixie, hands down, is at the top of its market regarding dialers by function, connectivity, integrations, and price. I've tried all sorts of newer and the latest as they arise on the marketplace...nothing checks all the boxes like Kixie.

I just ask the client permission to use their quotes from the call. It's great. I like that I can text directly through the system--this drastically improves response rates and speed of closing. I also like that it records everything directly into PipeDrive. It's actually motivated me to stay with Pipedrive--they integrate so well together. Additionally, Kixie went out of its way to help me integrate its software with ClickUp. That was very impressive.

We have been using Kixie for a few years now. It gives our sales consultants the chance to simply click on a Deal or Contact in Pipedrive and it call the client. With the current Covid19 lockdown it has been invaluable to link all the calls direct to eveyone's personal mobile phone. Kixie is great in combination with Pipedrive as all I do in log on and click on the icon and it dial for me. To me one of the worst things with dialing is the actual dialing. I have the local dial function and it gives me a local number to where I am calling and I get more connections because of it. And last but not least is the conversations get saved in pipedrive if I need to listen in to what we spoke about before calling back.

Kixie is great and the extension saves us a ton of time and is real simple to use. I especially like having my calls recorded so I can jump back into a call to gather specifics and make sure each call is noted accurately. They also route my calls to my cell so I never miss an incoming call if I have to step away from my desk. They are so quick to respond and very kind and helpful.

Given the current environment where face to face meetings have been impossible for much of our sales team, we've had to adapt our external sales team to more of an internal's role, and that has necessitated far more calling than they were normally used to. Kixie has allowed our sales team to increase their call volume by more than three-fold while keeping the ability to add notes to Pipedrive, and adding the ability to do things like add pre-recorded voicemails to aid efficiency. I would certainly recommend this application.

Kixie takes a lot of the headache out of making sure you're calling with local presence - it's automatic and integrated right into the dialer. I'm able to reach people that I'm not normally able to because of the area code I was having to dial with previously. Huge help and makes my job a lot easier.

Kixie is a user friendly tool as long as you have computer and internet you can download it anywhere and dial everywhere! I don't like the new update thou because it keeps on popping notifications in my computer hope you can do something about that.

We all know that activity begets results. This tool substantially increased our teams activity while also making us more efficient. The result has been a month over month increase in sales. We can get in front of a live person in a fraction of the time that it took us previously. This has taken the headache out of smiling and dialing, now we just smile:)

I'm lukewarm on Kixie, but that isn't an option, so I gave it a thumbs down as I'm back shopping for another provider after giving it a try. Based on my trial, their integration with Pipedrive and desktop dialer worked well, but I had issues with their mobile app (e.g., calls going in/out, people not hearing me on calls, not being able to search contacts by their org) and think their pricing is high. Some of their features seem well suited for call spammers (like numbers in a local area code that don't show the true caller ID or leaving a standard voicemail), but that's not me and you can't get texting in their basic plan. I decided not to use it when they told me that I could only sign up for quarterly or annual plans, which together with the mobile issues and pricing, was too much to take.

This service and the team that runs it are absolutely top notch. The interface is easy and reliable and if anything is ever needed the support team gets back to you VERY quickly. My entire team has seen explosive sales growth. There are many great features, templates, and metrics that you can use to optimize your success. On top of that they have an iOS app which, while still being added to, is extremely handy for on the go communication with clients. Seamless integration with Pipedrive and that's absolutely critical to the success of our company. Thank you Kixie!

We just started using this app and it has made a huge difference for our sales team. Dialing has tripled, sales are increasing, and Kixie techincal customer service is top-notch. We have saved so much time integrating Kixie with our Pipedrive account. Automated emails sent with just 1 click, scheduling appointments with clients with just 1 click, and automatically links call outcomes and the call recordings to the customer and deals in Pipedrive. I would highly recommend this for small businesses that are quickly expanding and large enterprises.

I have been using Kixie daily for 2 years with an average outgoing call count 80 calls per day - over the last 2 years, Kixie has updated their technology and recently created a new user interface - the calling platform is stable, the integration with Pipedrive outstanding, but the best thing is the amazing customer support I have received from the entire team - they are not perfect - but they care and they work hard and get the technology right! Go Kixie! Recently I purchased a Chromebook - and it didn't work consistently with the Kixie extension - and Kixie put in many hours to figure this out and then reached out to me individually to inform and guide me through the fix - Jason, Aldo, Alex, Keith, George and a number of other Kixie people have impressed me with their honesty and most importantly, with the follow-through - and I don't believe there is another pipedrive integrated dialer that works with Pipedrive so seamlessly - I would recommend this vendor and reach out to speak with them - they are real people and straight shooters!

The app is great, call quality is very good too. pricing is okay compared to other bugy solutions I have tried. They combine everything that I need in one place without any bugs, and seamless on-boarding experience. Very simple to launch, work with, and instant updates to pipedrive deals and contacts. What Kixie can improve to become better: -The user interface and design can be alot better and improved, all the functionality otherwise works well and is very dependable. -Would be great if you include more calling time to the monthly bundle of 5hrs.

We Started using Kixie about a year ago, ever since we started using this program, I have saved so so much time. It links directly to Pipedrive, records all calls for review later, automatically links call outcomes and the call recordings to the customer and deal in Pipedrive. Powercall 1-click calling, SMS messaging is super easy to use with SMS templates and a drop down menu for selecting which one I want to send, and voicemail drop gives me amazing control and speed over what I send to my customers. I never have to sit on the phone repeating the same generic voicemail message for hours a day again. All I have to do is record a message that I want to send to a customer, then as soon as the customer's voicemail answers, I just select which recording I want. I can't praise Kixie enough for all their work on this phenomenal program. The only issues that I have found so far, are the occasional hiccup with caller ID showing the wrong name or nothing, and sometimes there is a slight delay on the phone, but that might be my internet connection. In conclusion, I would rate Kixie 9.5 out of 10 stars for it's ease of use, excellent features, not to mention their customer service is out of this world.

We started using Kixie over 3 years ago, it has been one of the most valuable tools used by our team over the years. Our client-facing managers use it to record conversations with clients right on to Pipedrive and our sales folks use Kixie to make the entire process more seamless and efficient. The prospects calls get recorded on Pipedrive automatically leaving a trail of conversations that can be managed before calling a prospect and picking up right where we left off. The Kixie team is very responsive and excellent at solving any small hick-ups that may arise. We highly recommend Kixie to any company that needs to manage their CRM or account management efficiently, we will sure keep using this great service for years to come.

Kixie has been a tremendous tool providing the ability to track conversation in Pipedrive and save time allowing to drop VM for clients. The only issue is not so much with Kixie but with my Plantronics wireless headset not updating firmware that will cause poor connections. The support team is always responsive. We implemented Kixie about 6 months ago and it has been good. There were a couple hiccups with it being down but was addressed in a timely manner. The longest it took was about 30 min. I am still learning all the things it can do but for now, it got us going. We were up and running fairly quick. Set up is easy and dashboard is very intuitive. Love the admin/manager features. Basic log and recording calls and dialing out are easy to set up...but I recommend to take the time to learn everything Kixie can do for you so you can take full advantage of it. That's my next step....is to learn all those features. Our account rep, Jason M., is awesome and have been very quick to respond to any issues we have. I do admit, not a fan of the quarterly billing...maybe nice for Kixie to consider monthly billing and annual billing. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Was introduced to Kixie by an ex-colleague. Liked the simple interface and click-to-call feature. Taking into account the number of calls I make in a week, eliminating copying and pasting numbers really saved me time. The plan I am on does not have unlimited minutes, but I never go over the threshold and I do make a lot of calls. I upgraded to the Kixie enterprise plan recently for the use of Pipedrive integration, voice mail drop, etc. Initially, I was only using the voice mail drop as there was a bug in the system. Voice mail drop is great as I am able to leave a pre-recorded voicemail every time I cannot get through to someone. Saves me a lot of time! You just have to time it correctly, but I think this comes easily with practice. The initial bug was addressed after a couple of emails back and forth with the Kixie support team. Since then I have been using the CRM integration on the Kixie power dialer. It’s good to see the details of the person you are contacting pop up and then based on the outcome, be able to leave dispositions, make notes and schedule follow ups. Overall, for the cost of Kixie and the features it has, I think it’s a great enhancement to any small business.

Kixie is working great for my business. My business has grown since I have started using Kixie. Only I wish they come up with an app where I can use it through my cell phone. Anyway so far no issues with the quality of sound. The dashboard is also awesome. I would definitely recommend to other people to try Kixie.

Kixie integration has worked really well for our business. It allows customer service and sales to be on the same page when working through onboarding and ongoing issues because of the automatic call linking. We like call recordings being stored in our deals as well. This has helped a lot with being able to review the conversation for details that may have been missed. We'd used other dialers in the past but Kixie stands about them for call clarity and abundance of features. For me the support has been outstanding. We've had issues unrelated to Kixie such as poor internet connection in our office and kixie was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the call clarity was good for us by suggesting solutions to fix the issues. They are always really responsive, and their support is prompt and personal. The most useful feature of kixie is their rich dashboard allowing us to track statistics, and identify strengths and weaknesses in our sales team. We've been customers for about a year and a half and kixie has become a very important part of our business. I would recommend kixie to other sales teams who do any significant amount of prospecting via inbound and outbound calls.

Overall, the biggest perks to us are the ease of use and integration with Pipedrive. While it does have the updates that require a refresh and the occasional call that doesn't complete/connect, I've found most dialers to have small bugs and this one gets the job done 99% of the time.

Updates itself all the time and leaves annoying banners on EVERY chrome tab saying you need to refresh the tab for Kixie to integrate. This is even after I turned off 'click to call', which puts a numberpad picture in front of every phone number looking numerical sequence on every site, making some things illegible. So these banners telling me forever that I need to refresh the tab at the top of the page mean that every google sheet cell I try to click with my mouse pointer, I actually click 2 cells below. And I have MANY tabs open (I work in a software company, we tend to use lots of tabs). This is fine for a quarterly software update. But this has been happening every few days now and is driving me and my team nuts. Example here: https://cl.ly/8d9efc497946. Call functionality is not what it could be. Many calls come in and I have no answer button displayed, so they leave a voicemail and I have to call them back, which of course stacks up our subscription price. And the subscription price is not cheap. Overall we came to Kixie because we were sick of DialPad, but now we will continue our search for another phone provider. Integration with Pipedrive is good and the power dialler feature + auto-leave voicemail is great, but this just isn't for us in a team-wide adoption.

I really like the ease of use with Kixie, especially as the Kixie team continues to update the features and improve the user experience. By far my favorite aspect is the CRM sync, as this has made for much easier record keeping and lead tracking. That's a bonus for us, but it's also great for our leads in that they have an improved experience when interacting with our reps. The setup to get started is also incredibly simple, and it makes integrating new users much smoother. In addition to the ease of use, Kixie's customer service is outstanding; the department is labeled as "Customer Happiness" and I can see why. There is enough material in the Support Center that often, I can find information or resolution without having to even contact support. However, if I truly need a human to help me, I know I can reach out to someone directly. No matter how many questions I have--or even suggestions--our rep, Alex, is always willing to listen, help, and does so with a wonderful attitude. He always makes sure any issues (which are few and far between) become fully resolved. I truly appreciate that level of service and care.

The technology is good albeit doesn't do everything they say it does. The price is outstandingly high compared to the other solutions available to Pipedrive users. The customer support/service was the deal killer though. Their support and service is horrible. Their sales team will tell you certain things will be available and integrate with Pipedrive that are not available. They will tell you it is in development and will be available shortly but it won't be. I would use a different telephony system.

Kixie has been a great resource for us to do outbound and inbound sales and customer service. We primarily use it because of its ease connecting to Pipedrive. The set up is incredibly easy and we have access to numbers across different cities, states and countries. The best feature of Kixie is that every time we complete a call the call is tracked easily as an activity against the user in Pipedrive, which saves data entry time and allows us to easily review all interactions including recordings if we wish. No more missed data because of human laziness! The kixie powercaller is unobtrusive and with click-to-call we can easily click any number to call customers without hassle. The powercaller also allows us to send and receive SMS text messages which is great for another means of customer support. The SMS text messages are also instantly added to the customer in Pipedrive. The powercaller also allows you to easily add notes and we do this via means of disposing our calls which quickly and easily gives context to a call, saving a considerable amount of time, and simultaneously helping us with reporting. All in all, we've had a really great experience with Kixie and the Pipedrive-Kixie integration is one of the best and most powerful in our arsenal of operational tools.

I have been in the contact center business for 12 years now and have had used several phone services, but Kixie in my opinion is the most reliable and effective phone service I have used so far. Its clear connection and user-friendly interface adds value to my work. Moreover, I like how efficient their customer support is. They really take time to make sure your issue is resolved. They're always responsive when we reach out with questions about operational things, and Jason has been great at fielding our concerns. Would definitely recommend! It has been great learning the ropes with Kixie being a cornerstone in our workflow.

The only thing easy about sales is using Kixie. The tracking tools let your team know where they are in terms of calls made, connections made, and talk time. People lie, numbers don't and Kixie lets you know exactly where you are. The ability to listen to recordings right after a call allow for training moments to happen when the call is fresh. On the off chance that something isn't working- Jason and Alex are just a call or email away- when time is money, their response time is almost instant.

Kixie is a simplistic yet effective CRM which has improved the way in which our company manages agents. The systems continue to improve as well as the filtration system which allows us a company to find the right clients for the right deal. Haven't had any problems yet!

Kixie is a fantastic tool that has been very effective. It is very reliable with clear connections and great tracking tools. We are able to track calls, listen to recordings and know exactly when a lead was called and who called it. Also Kixie support has been fantastic. If anything ever comes up Jason and Alex are always available. I would highly recommend using Kixie!

Switching over to Kixie has been incredible, it has simplified and streamlined everything for all of us by being able to just click a button and make a call. There is no hassle with setup, and the customer support is amazing, and extremely responsive. The ability to go back on call recordings that are automatically synced to existing deals and contacts is amazing, let alone it adding the contact into our system if it isn't already in there. The easy to use editing option for contacts is phenomenal, also the ability to make notes on calls and scheduling call backs. I, along with everybody here would agree and recommend Kixie to anybody who is not already using it.

Kixie is great! I've used it as a rep and as a manager. The power dialer is an awesome feature and I love that I can easily track down call recordings! Also their team members are super responsive and go the extra mile. Shout out to Alex and Jason for all you do :)

I have been using Kixie since I got hired by our Company. For me it is a very important tool since majority of our Clients are contacted via telephone. We can call different locations. It has clear connections. User friendly. Manageable, easy tools and can give you accurate information when generating a report. I can review my own calls also gives you details of call history. Great feature is the text messages capability as it will let you send messages to your clients when they cannot talk over the phone. When there are minimal issues, Kixie support is always ready to help you fix it. They have great reps who emails you, texts and also call you to do some troubleshooting to make sure everything is resolved. It has voicemail drop feature a great feature especially for Sales who make 100 to 200 calls a day to not leave a voicemail all the time and just save a recording of your voicemail and do a voicemail drop so your client can call you back. Kixie can also be linked to our very important tool Pipedrive and imagine how we can just make notes through Kixie and it will automatically saved on our Pipedrive, it will save you time and will keep you going. No hassle No fuss. Kixie will also send you record of everything that transpires like voicemails and texts on your email so since they don't have a mobile app yet you will still not miss those messages and voicemails as you can access it directly on the email you used to register for a Kixie Account. Kixie can has call forwarding feature as well. Important feature is their Kixie Dashboard where you can see your productivity for the day so you will know what to improve or if you did great that day. Overall I will give Kixie 5 Bright Stars!! Using Kixie for Telemarketing throughout the last month has been the best VOIP experience I've had and I've used 2-3 different systems. The Local Presence dialer and cross platform compatibility really make the difference for me!

Using Kixie has opened our eyes to how productivity can go up. Now everyone see how they are doing on the call time leaderboard. Being able to link kixie to pipedrive has help greatly too as everything is connected. We can't think of having a different phone system!

I've been working with Pipedrive and Kixie for a couple years now and have found the integration very helpful. When I was a user I appreciated the simplicity of being able to just click any phone number within Pipedrive and have it place my call. Now as a manager I appreciate that all those calls made by sales reps are recorded and added inline on the deals. It makes it quick and easy to clarify information and provide coachable events to the sales team. As we've grown from a team of 15 to 40+ we've been able to easily scale without any hiccups or issues onboarding new hires; the system is intuitive and gets my team on the phone faster and more frequently every day.
