Não achei fácil, pois a plataforma está frequentemente com defeito e caindo. Temos constantemente que abrir chamados com a empresa para resolver problemas recorrentes. Inclusive, agora estamos sem histórico de mensagens de 1 ano, isso prejudica nosso trabalho eficaz.

Probably one of the worst experiences I ever had to endure with customer support (and I can provide all the evidence). As people mentioned before, they put you on their fake "free trial" , then when you finally put your card details in and go on the simplest plan. All of a sudden you used all your 100 conversations and they try to force you to buy the new plan. The support was rude and refused to understand the app's mistake. They refused to escalate the matter and just kept on being rude and squeezing reaction out of you. The most unprofessional software that I came around recently!

It's ok, it's built very much around support not leadgen, it allows you to chat from pipedrive with telegram contacts and most importantly for us if you link a lead the chat with that contact gets added to a pipedrive note.
There are a few basic features missing that would improve things a lot:
1. Sync the telegram username with the lead, when I create a lead it should pull their phone number and username into pipedrive
2. Be able to search conversations, usernames and content from pipedrive
3. Less important: Sync folders from telegram
Haven't used for whatsapp just telegram.
