It's very useful most of the time. The biggest problem is if you have someone in your CRM already with the same name as your new contact, then Surfe will add the new contact details and overwrite information in the other record. Surfe do not seem interested in fixing this. We use Pipedrive. Shame as we are now having to look at other options as this is a danger to customer data corruption and risks to data protection. Might be best to find another service.

Bloats your CRM. We were excited that we could export prospects to our "Leads" in Pipedrive, but quickly found out that not only does it add to Leads, but creates a contact record and organisation. We dont want to bloat our CRM with people we have never spoke to. We prefer a tool and a CRM that exports prospect to Lead from Sales Nav/Linkedin, and once you have sold this lead a product, only then will you CONVERT it to a contact and company in the CRM.
NOTES do not show up in Leads, they go to the CONTACT so again you are jumping from module to module in PDrive to find where the notes were stored.
Surfe cannot help and states that is the way Pipedrive is configured. We have never got on with Pipedrive and actually cannot stand it, it was selected for its simplicity but has been anything but simple with slow support.

1. In the free plan, you can transfer only one contact per day. This is not mentioned, but it's the case.
2. The synchronization is very slow. It takes about 1 minute to transfer a contact, which is still faster than doing it manually, but it can't be considered fast.
3. The transfer of conversations works poorly; the synchronization button does not appear immediately, and not always.
4. After registration, some third-party account opens, causing LinkedIn to log out.
5. When transferring more than 50 contacts per day, LinkedIn blocks the account for using automation tools.
6. When transferring contacts, the phone number and email are automatically revealed, even though these details may not be necessary, and credits are deducted for them.
