My call history, text messages, call recordings, and voice messages recordings are NOT showing up under the Activity Tab in Pipedrive.
The integration can definitely use some improvement so that I don't have to go back and forth between Salesmsg and Pipedrive.

I really want to like this app, but it’s been nothing but problems since I installed.
First, the phone calls didn’t work with Safari on Mac. I had to use Chrome. Then, I couldn’t use my Chrome or Safari on iPad or iPhone to make calls, I had to use the iOS app. All this with constant help desk inquiries.
Now, I can’t receive a call on my iPhone. Not sure what the problem is.
I didn’t know what the phone call rates were from the pricing page.
You have to manually import the contacts from your CRM to Salesmsg.

This integration is an absolute necessity to using sales message and Pipedrive together. From the Pipedrive side, it’s great to have updated deals etc from the info in sales message but much more importantly, when texting from sales message, you have a complete 2way integration that constantly syncs tu have your contacts up to date. If something changes on either app or updates to the other seamlessly. Support is always fast acting.

I'm not sure about the challenges the other with one-star reviews have had, but I've had nothing but good luck with SalesMSG. They've helped us easily add an SMS layer to our already established Pipedrive sequences. I like that we can assign others to the same conversations (so my assistant can respond as me). I also like how the sales reps can learn the platform in minutes. With zappier, we were able to add automated texted sequences incredibly easily. SalesMSG is a WORKHORSE, but like anything, it's all in how you use it.

This app presents a nice and clean interface. Unfortunately, the integration with Pipedrive is not interesting. Logs added to the contact history does not have a full timestamp. All messages sent in a short period of time seem to be aggregated without being able to see the content of the messages. Chat support is very slow to respond.

I've spent the last two days with their team trying to get the pipedrive intergration to work. I'm almost convinced at this point the intergration is simply a web shortcut to their system and does no communicate back to the CRM.
