It has been working very well, although we did end up noticing something with the data when leads are claimed, so we brought it up to Kenton for tech support. He looked into it, realized that this is something they can modify, and actually created a solution. Let me just say, Dan and the whole RouterJet Team are amazing! They made it super easy to get started with and it has definitely simplified our lead assignment and alerts procedure. The RouterJet team is fast to respond to any support requests which is huge for us as when we have issues with routing leads it impacts the whole company. I am so glad to be part of their user base and look forward to what the future holds for them. I would recommend RouterJet to anyone looking for a lead routing option for Pipedrive. They also offer features such as SMS alerts as well as emails when a lead is assigned to a specific user. They offer some advanced features as well however I have not used them so I cannot comment on them as of yet. Overall if I had to go back and choose again I would choose RouterJet each and every time.
