This app has a lot of issues when it comes to usability and bugs. Textline says it's a Pipedrive problem, then Pipedrive says it's a Textline problem. It needs to be as robust as Textlines integration with Hubspot and Salesforce. Please!!!

Have no clue how to use this feature

it doesn't connect to my main pipedrive page with each lead. i cant see the text thread easily.

very easy, I love this App, mine however isn't integrated into Huck like some of my piers, which would make it even easier.

Really easy to use and has great integration with Pipedrive. Chen Dai was my sales consultant and was super helpful when setting everything up and explaining everything. Great team and service all around.

The integration saves so much time and helps us convert leads much faster than just email.

glitches out sometimes where icons like whisper, attachments, sortcuts, send button and emoji disappears and you have to refresh to get it to reappear. Sometimes gets hung up. And doesnt always update. Like if I open it in the morning it wont always update how many are waiting or they are delayed. Have had one received in the AM and didnt show it was waiting until late afternoon

It doesn't always copy over to PipeDrive.

There needs to be a more user friendly way of doing "bulk" Resolutions... Using a date range or other method.

Our business doesn't use the integration for much but it's nice to see text messages from clients right on their contact page.

This integration works great for our business. The app works well on both our iPhone and Android phones the staff uses. The only issue we've come across is that new lead entries in Pipedrive do not show up when searching until we refresh the text line site. Not a big deal if you ask me though. We've used other business chat services in the past and Textline is better for us.

Too expensive considering the basic level doesn't even link contacts with Pipedrive. They request more than the basic plan just to have contacts sync between Pipedrive and Textline... pretty essential function for a platform like this so it should be offered to all plans!

Textline offers a nice interface with a lot of features. The Pipedrive integration works well for SMS messages but it lacks a full timestamps indicating the time the message was received. It gets deceiving with MMS messages. Outbound images above 1MB will be converted to a link to download the image on the recipient end which reduce the experience of texting image. Downsizing the image would be an acceptable solution instead of providing an image link. Large images of 3-5 MB (a mobile phone takes nowadays) create HUGE posters in Pipedrive and take a ridiculous useless vertical space in the history of a contact. A thumbnail picture would have suffice. I will gladly update this post with coming product updates.

Have Removed my previous review, as support was prompt and did fix the issue, even though it was a little muck around and i had to explain everything twice with screenshots. Textline for me, given the price, is just not suitable. Firstly, when text messages are added to pipedrive there is no time stamp, it just adds the day, confusing for order of text. the integration with pipedrive simply opens text line in a new window, ideally, you would want to be able to send the text from within pipedrive. Just like say the invoice integration with xero, or the pandadoc proposal sending. Finally, the pricing is pretty huge for the functionality to just simply send a message... infact, it makes the entire system really not feasible especially given that the integration really just opens text line in a new window. Potentially good, but the price and integration lackings simply make it not worth it for us. I just want to be able to send a text, within pipedrive ,using a set of templates. (similar to the email system pipedrive has already). Perhaps I am missing something, others below say they can send within pipedrive but i see no way to do this.

Can't get verification code to work

It works well, I like that I am able to send texts straight from Pipedrive so I don't need to enter phone numbers manually.

Works pretty well. It's nice not to have to enter in the name and number for Textline to recognize who it is that is texting or that you are texting.

The integraton between Textline and Pipedrive makes keeping track of client conversations a breeze and gives us a quick and easy way to communicate with our clients.

Textline has been one of the greatest additions to my company. Much like Pipedrive, it has improved my productivity. I now keep my cell phone off during working hours while still having texting ability to quickly connect with customers. I also really like the shortcut features etc for quick texts that are used on a regular basis. No complaints and only wish that it was integrated into Pipedrive's work automation feature so that I could send automatic text reminders that are connected to specific outgoing emails. This can be used for any business that wants a step up on competitors.
