Great service for contact syncing between Pipedrive and other tools. We tested Unito to sync contacts and their attributes between Pipedrive and Mailchimp. With our Unito workflow set up (it's quite straight forward), we are now automatically syncing webinar leads to Pipedrive, so a specific Sales Representative can follow up on the phone.
What I love is that Unito keeps the association between synced contacts and keeps them up to date. So if there are changes on contacts in Pipedrive, we can automatically update all relevant attributes in Mailchimp as well.

I was looking for a solution to have all my Pipedrive contacts in my Outlook and keep the information consistent. All the time I wasted manually double-checking and copying over the updated contact information is now being put somewhere else, such as walking the dog. I didn't have a particularly complex flow setup, but I'm very happy with the level of configuration Unito offers me. Worked on the first try and there were so many articles to guide me.
Would recommend it to anyone who uses Pipedrive or any other tool Unito supports. I'm planning on using Unito for much more than Pipedrive at this point.

My dislikes include copy/paste endeavors, repetitive data entry, wild goose chases for contact information, and being out of sync with coworkers (it just creates more work). This being said, it is only natural that I love Unitos integration with Pipedrive as much as I do. I keep Pipedrive synced with my Asana and Airtable.
Unito is like the friend that lends you the notes from a lecture you attended, it's not essential but it saves you a ton of time!
I would recommend Unito to anyone who uses Pipedrive as part of a tool stack.

WOW, I have to say, I'm really impressed with the solution proposed by Unito! I wanted to sync my Pipedrive account with my Mailchimp account, with the objective to better manage our opt-ins and stay compliant with GDPR. We wanted to find a way to automatically update our leads in Pipedrive if they decided to opt out from our marketing communications on Mailchimp. I found Unito and figured out it was the right solution for our needs. It took me a couple of minutes to set up my flow and voila! Now, our sales team will be notified to not send marketing communications to leads who opted out in Mailchimp. A great way to optimize our marketing automation initiatives and update our CRM.

Synced my contacts from Pipedrive into Trello (where the marketing team works) and it worked like a charm! Now anytime I add a "Case study lead" label in Pipedrive, it'll sync the contact into the "To be contacted for case study" list into Trello, with all the info needed in the Trello card. Love that I can choose what to (and not to) sync, so no sensitive information ends up in Trello. Overall great experience so far, could see a bunch of potential use cases!
